WE along with many orthers had purchased a timeshare at Sunset Harbor as the requiremnt to participate inthe PRL program to redeem our points for cash. Theprogram never materialized or performed as designed. Sunset Harbor was the lead on this scam and all others mentioned in te rport --PRL, VSI and the following perons, BJ Cooke, Bill Mitchell, Andrew Lauer, Jessica McLenaghan, Misty Moran, Joshua Fazenbaker. The entire operation and presentation was a deliberate fraud and headlined by Sunset Harbor. We are willing and most capable of joining a class action suit against all parties to recoup our money and damages.

This is the exact same thing that haped to us. We were invited to a dinner, and explained how we would be able to rent out the timeshare if we would not be using it. Once we decided to do this, we were told we needed to buy the Sunset Harbor timeshare and that is the vacation plan we would be renting. It still sounded like a good deal, and everything they had to show how it would work, looked to be legitimate.
We paid for everything, including all of the dues that needed to be paid up front. It took longer to get our deed and other documents they said we would be receiving, and we were in contact with "BJ" through phone calls and e-mails the entire time, with him assuring us the paperwork was just taking a little longer than they expected, since they had more people interested in this than they had thought would be.
Once we received all of the information we were promised, the company, PRL, went under. So now we own a timeshare in TX, which we have been paying the dues for, but haven't used. I keep paying the dues, because I'm afraid if I don't, I will loose the timeshare, and the $9,000 plus that we invested in this up front.
I don't know if Sunset Harbor was in on the entire deal, or if they were also a victim in this. But I already own a timeshare, which I have owned for over 15 years, and I love it. So I don't need a second timeshare.
I will also join in any class action, if one is started. If I knew how to start one, I would.
