Their website offers a FREE trial offer for the shipping cost of $4.95. There is no where on their site that states that you are signing up for an automatic shipment nor that the product that you ordered for $4.95 will be billed to you later at the cost of $84.75. The representative will tell you that you had a 16 day free trial offer and if you don't return the item within the 16 days trial period you will be billed the full cost of $84.75, plus you are automatically signed up for future shipments. This is no where on the on-line order form.
