I signed up with these guys myself for a hosting account and had to leave because there support is pretty bad.  You end up just repeating yourself with the same questions as they fail to answer anything.


I also signed up other clients that had to leave as well.  

That's fine, you live and you learn, I won't use them again.

However, they owe me money for referrals.  I've contacted them at least 4 times.  No one can tell me how to get the money for my referrals.  The sales team told me to open a support ticket online.  The online website for my referral login says I cannot create a support ticket with my referral account.  I've mentioned this to their sales team twice and I get no response.  There support team will not help me without a support ticket which I cannot open.

They are clearly just giving me the run-around.  My advice is to watch out and don't use these guys as they are not honest.
