My 3 year contract is up in 2 days - If I cancel early or late it is a $500 fee when calling onto to try to get a fax number to fax our cancellation notice the customer service person would not give me the number when I asked for a supervisor she gave me a incorrect fax number. Poor Business!!! Of course its in the fine print is where the $500 fee is disclosed ... dirty business!!!
