i had 193.00 in my account. i over draft and pulled out 240.00. suntrust charged me over draft in items that was already paided for. so it was like i was paying for my items twice.they left me with nothing. they had the nerve to act like they was mad because i wanted to no were my check went last week because i feel like they took my money and i basicly gave them my check for so called over drafts that were paided for. i will never recommed suntrust to anyboby. because they treat there customers like crap. because of this i am behind on my bills and will not be able to get my kids the things they needed

I think the government should bailed out suntrust then repossessed them after all that is how they treat us Americans who are facing tough times with no mercy and grace

AUTHOR: Charles - ()

POSTED: Saturday, December 21, 2013

Since the banks and the heartless people on rip-off report don't show mercy and grace on Americans. The government should of had bailed the banks out and repossessed them anyway, after all that is how banks and finance companies treat us they have no mercy and grance when Americans have tough times.

When Americans have tough times the finance companies don't show mercy and grance and when people do make payment arrangements, they come and get they're vehicle anyway. They are also theives when they do this to people.

We are saving money each money and just pay for the next vehicle in cash, because these finance companies will just get the vehicle anyway and you will be out the down payment that you have put down. It might take 60 or more months to save the money. I just don't want to deal with these finance companies anymore.

Its All About "YOU"!

AUTHOR: Jim - ()

POSTED: Monday, July 01, 2013

YOU overdrafted the account because YOU don't keep records.  Because YOU don't keep records, YOU don't know how much money is in the account yet YOU continue to use YOUR account.  As such, YOU gave YOURSELF the overdraft fees.  Secondly, why not spend some time learning how to write sentences, how to capitalize and how to punctuate.  As an unwed mother, it will help you get a better job!

Stop your entitlement

AUTHOR: MochaG - ()

POSTED: Monday, July 01, 2013

You should stop feeling entitlement. If you overdraft, a portion of the money you "overdraft" is not yours. In other words, you are taking other's money to spend in your behave. No bank will give you money to spend for free. You can hop from one bank to the other, but you will end up exactly the same if you don't stop your current spending behavior (no plan on how much you have and how much you are going to spend). I hope this overdraft fee experience teaches you something for your future.

Your fault

AUTHOR: Stacey - ()

POSTED: Sunday, June 30, 2013

You admitted overdrafting your account so the bank is not at fault.  Learn to take control of your money by using a check register, reconciling your monthly bank statement and stop spending money you do not have. Just because you receive no child support don't blame the bank.  Go to court and file for child support.
