My father passed 2015 he banked with SunTrust for over 30 years. Myself and my 2 daughters were beneficiaries of his retirement account. Myself and my daughters went too SunTrust with the death certificate and they said nothing was there.

Then I get annuity claim forms in the mail saying that I requested them. Then said to contact my advisor Allison Marie Taylor..!! Whom I have never met or seen. I reported it to her manager whom I think covered it up. Help...!!!
