Folks.  The best way to avoid being ripped off by these scum is to NEVER order anything advertised on Television.  If you are one of those who are willing to spend hard earned money on something which is too good to be true, get a pre paid Visa card with just enough to place your order.  This will eliminate the bottom feeders from charging you three times the advertised price and will never allow them to place you on the famous "Auto Ship" program which you will never receive a refund or be released. Use some good old common sense.  Just don't do it!  Money is too short these days and you don't need the aggravation of dealing with crooks.

Have you ever tried to cancel anything?

AUTHOR: Xlandria - ()

POSTED: Friday, October 24, 2014

I'd like to comment to the person who wrote about being smarter shoppers. On that point, I agree totally with you, however, people can and do cross all their 'T's and dot all their 'i's and still not be able to get untangled from a mess they only wanted to receive once.

Customer Service phone numbers are mostly useless as no one answers, and if they do, they will place a person on hold until the caller gives up and hangs up. In other words, they make it near impossible to cancel. I'm sure many of those maning the phones get a real kick everytime the hold light goes out. The Order Takers get a bonus or commision for number of sales, auto ships, etc. This scenario has happened to me before and when I finally got through, the person on the other end was extremely nice to start with, but when he realized that he could not get me to order more magazines, well he cooled real quick.

It should also be noted that, as one person wrote, using a Pre-Paid Visa, or other major credit card, is the wisest and safest. Not only does it limit what a company can bill you for, they can't auto ship nor steal your credit card. Anyone can steal card numbers but did you know that a lot of these people doing these jobs are actually prisioners?

RE SUPER BETA

AUTHOR: Clark - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, October 18, 2012

It's ONLY because Americans are among the stupidest bastards on this earth that companies like this prosper. They bet on your stupidity...and they always win. Just as Mitt (stupid name) Romney is counting on your stupidity, Supper Beta knows you'll never ask why the small print says "Results NOT typical". Why don't they offer the typical results, you ask. Because they know that no results means no sale. So they tell you what you want to hear AND you hear only what you want.

To all of you who got screwed I say F*KING GOOD FOR YOU! Enjoy your stupidity...and Mitt if he gets it. Most of you won't knoiw the difference anyway.

fraud???

As with almost every company and especially private ones, they are "questionable" sales approaches to say the least. How ever, New Vitality and their ordering and "Auto-Ship" program is done legally. When you call in, you are given a customer service number a couple times, and even advised that you are on their "Preferred Customer Program" and you must call within a given time to cancel. All you have to do is agree, and its even stated on the invoice. Now the online orders. It clearly states in clear text that starting a certain time period from now you will automatically receive another shipment unless you call to cancel. It cant be clearer than that. And you are never obligated to continue, you just simply call and cancel, that simple. Americans claim to be smart, stop being dumb and learn to listen or read.
