They are not a valued company. After my first dealings with them I immediately noticed that the way they handle business is non-professional. I signed up to get an inquiry on a purchase. After speaking with an associate I told them I would get back to them about making the purchase. With out notice money was taken out of my account. Not only the goods cost but also shipping and tax fees. Now I'm left to ship the item back out of my pocket, and also wait on a refund for the back 3-5 business days.
