Super Shops Super Shops Racing, Supershops Racing, Super Shops Automotive Compay refuses to refund core charge El Cajon, California

I purchased a rebuilt transmission from Supershops in November. They charged me a core charge since the bad one was still in my truck. I had the transmissions swapped out and brought my old one to them. At first they tried to tell me that I never paid for a core charge. I showed them the cancelled check for $150 that said "Core Charge" in the memo.

Mark then told me that he didn't have money but he would mail me a check the next day. 1 month and 40 phone calls later, still no check. Taking them to small claims court and would reccommend anyone else do the same.
