Super Shuttle did not call to notify me of cancelled van services, and they have NOT REFUNDED MY MONEY! The Super Shuttle Quality Manager, Don Mathis (phone 703-416-7873, ext 700) has not returned any of my phone calls! I was left high and dry waiting for a shuttle that never came. Then I was told by the taxi service I called to help me out, that this is a regular occurrance. I also checked the Better Business Bureau, and they have a long track record of taking money and not delivering the services.
