the artist didn't show up late at all. noone called the artist as phone records will show.  the booking co. asked the artist to show up at the time mentioned and confirmed no meet and greet as all texts prove.  the artist didn't smell like alcohol, and doesn't ingest alcohol; but 2 of the bouncers did reek of alcohol.  one bouncer offered to sale drugs to the artist.  the artist is not a gay porn star with the name mentioned in the rebuttal, but one of the bouncers was offering sexual favors to males that night; and one was hitting on married women the week before(wives of music artists that played at their show).

you'll be sued......

We produced a concert called the Phoenix Ultimate Hip Hop Showcase on Septmber 8th, 2017. This was a part of an 8 city Nationwide Tour where we (Superior Booking) traveled around the country looking for new talent to work with. This show was an absolute blast. All the artists who performed did a great job. The show was sold out. And our inbox was flooded the following day with artists thanking us for the great production.

The artist who made this complaint, Michael Blatchford (AKA Tye Tanium, Adam Klondike, Carter Dane) was scheduled to perform on this event, but he completely skipped the mandatory artist meet & greet (90 minutes before the show starts). When he did finally show up (5 hours later), we told him that he was no longer scheduled to perform because he missed the meet and greet and wasn't answering his phone -- which is typically a good indication that the artist is cancelling anyways. 

When Mr. Blatchford realized that he wasn't able to perform, he became belligerent and irate. He was shouting homophobic and racial slurs. It was clear that he was under the influence of some mood/mind altering substance and he reaked of alcohol. 

After trying to calm Mr. Blatchford down for several minutes, it became clear that he was only interested in starting trouble. He wanted to fight anyone -- myself, the security staff, bartender, the girl working the door, etc... We eventually had to call the Mesa City Police to mediate the situation. It was only then that Mr. Blatchford left the premisis. 

Mr. Blatchford apparently has a history of harrassing people and small businesses. You can check out Michael's criminal record and another RipOff Report that he made -- where he was apparently turned down for an acting gig.
