Superior Chemicals LLC Light Bulb Rip Off Scam New Freedom Pennsylvania

This company called and contacted one of the workers in our parts department. The person that answered the phone is not authorized to make purchases on the companies behalf. They listened to the salesmans pitch and asked for a catalog. Instead we were shipped a box of $25 light bulbs and a week later we get an invoice for $599.90.

When we contacted the company, we were told no returns are allowed. We will not be paying the bill and we will be shipping the light bulbs back. If Superior Chemicals chooses to not accept the shipment, fine and dandy.

This is a scam from a business who makes their money bullying and intimidating people on the other end of the phone.
