Judge David Bills in a condesending, egotisticle , bald headed, little man, with a issue of power in office, and he reminds me of a male "Judge Judy." he does not al;low the truth to be heard if he does not feel it is just! He sides with the liars of police enforcment, for a reason unknown?

I cannot believe the amount of individuals in the court room he insulted, interrupted and accused of not telling the truth. I am ashamed to have him as a county of Placer Judge, and I will make it my mission to get him out of office by getting signatures to get him out of office asap!
