Andy at customer support of Superior Fake Degrees emailed me back with their details on on obtaining a high quality looking novelty marriage certificate. I wired $350 (USA) to Kiev Ukraine via Western Union to the name of Yurii Skorokhoda. Then Andy contacted me back saying the novelty marriage certificate is no longer available, but I could request a real USA marriage registration for $1000 more.

I said no thank you, and Andy said he would refund my money. I have been waiting over a week, with no further response. Seems these folks have been a scam since at least year 2011. I regret not checking with websites like Rip Off Report 1st. For some reason my deceptive website detector brower plug-in failed to pick up this scammer.
