Superior processing offers an employee a salary plus commission but they will hold back the salary on a whim and/or not fully pay commissions. Their website has been down for the last month and if I fear the customer is in jeopardy. Superiorprocessingsolutions.com. They may be in deep financial trouble.

They hide the fact that business customers are signing a three year agreement - ask to see the terms and conditions - they will not present at the time of signature. They recently became partners with Harbortouch which has three ripoff reports listed for hiding fees.

Beware of Anthony Hosseini, manager or whatever the title. He lies about his past and inappropriately discusses subjects about people and employees that will get the company sued, very unprofessional. Stay away from this company!

Inaccurate Report In Material Facts Filed on May 9th, 2012

AUTHOR: Management Team - (USA)

POSTED: Thursday, August 09, 2012

Company: Our Company has been in business serving merchants of all sizes for over 10 years, with an immaculate reputation in the industry. We have been and will continue to be a financially solid firm by making prudent and sound financial judgments. Our management team, behind the company, are experienced professionals with expertise in the financial industry.

Fact: We continually update our website to assure conformity to Credit Card Associations. This is a sound risk management practice.

Fact: Our payment plan to our Agents is rich and plentiful. Once we enter into an agreement with an Independent Contractor ( Agents ), we will place them on a draw. This draw is performance related. As a part of their on boarding process, they are provided and execute an Schedule A, Payment for Sales and Services Rendered Agreement, under the Payment Clause, states the nature of the draw, rules, eligibility, and table by which a monthly quota is disclosed. Again, this draw is performance related. If an Agent has agreed to work with us and have brought no production at all, for over a month, they will lose eligibility to continue receiving said draw as payment.

Fact: Once the merchant is approved through our member bank, an approval is sent out immediately reflecting terms and conditions. On page 4 of 10, paragraph 13, it clearly states that our agreement shall remain in full force and effect for an initial term of three (3) years. If the merchant dislikes said term, they can rescind the application and reject the approval without obligation/s. There are no hidden terms or conditions and all terms are disclosed.

Thousands of Merchants have entrusted our company over the years!!
