SUPERSHOPSTOP They send fake tracking numbers out and do not sent the product, and lie about polices

This website is Fraudulent.

I purchased some masks from them on April 1st. They stated the item would be shipping from the US and it would be 5-7 days.

I received an email that the item had shipped a few days later. However that was not the case and the tracking number was fake.

I emailed the company and they replied it would take another 14-21 days or even more.

So how could you send me a US tracking number already? already Fraudulent.

I explained I could not wait one month and to just issue me a refund since the item has not been sent.

They replied they could not do that because their refund policy was 24 hours.

Their own website states their policy is 30 days

So they have not shipped the item and they refuse to give me a refund.

This company is taking advantage of people in this time be selling masks they do not have and taking their money.

They stopped talking to me directly and are keeping my money. 

I have contacted Paypal as well as the States Attorney General office to start a Fraud investigation against this company so no one else gets scammed. 

I hope you will also open an investigation against this company and do the same and shut them down.

Thank you very much for helping me and it is a shame that with so many people hurting right now you have companies scamming innocent people to steal their money.
