I ordered 2 Epson PictureMate cartridges with part number T5570 and received 2 G&G No Name Brand cartridges with part number P5570.  I tried to call the phone number on my packing slip but it does not work.  I have emailed the company but have not received any response.

As far as I can tell, nowhere do they claim that you'll get OEM cartridges.  The description says "COMPATIBLE" -- this generally means that they are made by somebody else as a replacement for the OEM cartridges.  If you want OEM cartridges, buy them from Amazon, not some shady website.
