I ordered 3 small A/C units. It took a month for a delivery that was supposed to come in 10-12 days. When the units arrived, 1 was defective. Four emails and 0ne phone call later, I realized I was just being run around. They want me to take a movie showing how the bad unit doesn't work and send it to the technical support division who will then decide if a replacement is in order. Even if it is ok'd, that means I get it back for the winter...maybe. The other 2 units are ok, not quite as good as they advertised--but ok if put real close to you. Phone support guy was not very helpful
