You may eventually get a refund but they will keep over 50% of your money. I paid a total of over $23.00 but received only a $10.00 refund on product return. This increases my determination to internet shop ONLY with quality companies like Amazon, Sears, Lowes, etc. No more marginal company shopping for THIS internet shopper. E-N-O-U-G-H ! This is the last time, absolutely. And if other small internet businesses get hurt, too bad for them. REGULATE YOURSELVES, GUYS, OR REAP THE RESULTS...
