After spending many hours completing employee payroll, funding the account, gettting confirmation from Surepayroll that everything was ready, my employee did not get paid and i got a threat letter from surepayroll saying that i was being charged $150 for a return charge.  Terrible customer service and disgusting follow up for what is their screw up.  Putting my good employee at risk for their terrible performance.
