Surety Law Group Lanier Law worked for this company and never got paid then fired. Bad news! people calling in for help or a job should beware of this scam. 6821 Southpoint Dr North, Florida

I made the sad mistake of listening to Safepoint Financial, which IS a part of the Redstone Law Group, which IS a part of Surety Law Group.  ALL three names appeared on my contract.  AND you have FAILED to provide service AND have put me in serious risk of losing my home when I already HAD a modification.

I believe it's time for a criminal investigation.

1.       Surety Law Group, LLC is a Washington, D.C. law firm. Its website is at www.SuretyLawGroup.com.  That site is the best source of all the pertinent and accurate information about Surety Law Group.  
 
2.     Surety appreciates the fact that clients, actual or potential, do their due diligence to determine our veritas. Anyone can post anything at all on the internet, regardless of truth or validity. As Ripoff Report says on its website, anyone is free to post any claim at all, true or false, on that site, without having to substantiate anything.
 
3.     For that reason, we note here that the Surety lawyer in DC is Pablo Santiago, Jr., Esq.  The website for the District of Columbia Bar is www.dcbar.org/. He has earned the right to be listed there as a member of the DC Bar.
 
4.     Surety Law Group, LLC is unrelated to any other business entity.
 
5.     Surety Law Group, LLC makes every effort, utilizing its highly skilled and experienced attorneys and staff, to protect the property rights of its clients and keep them in their homes, to the extent that this is possible. Many banks and other lenders work every bit as hard to do just the opposite, to the detriment of homeowners and our American way of life.

  We recieved a letter claiming to put of our foreclosure and save our house from Surety Foreclosure Services.  We called and everything sounded great EXCEPT the letter said they would not they would not earn fees unlesss auction was successfully postponed.  However they wanted $1100 today by money gram.  I did some researching afterward but could not find any information about this law group until i saw the Ripoff report then i did more research.

 I called the Law group back and i wanted to verify that they were legit but hadnt been able to find them on any BBB or any State Bar.  She gave me the name Pablo Santiago Jr.  I looked him up and found one listing in VA. When I called several times all i got was a busy signal  never found him on any BBB or State Bar.  I called back asking for a license or bar number  she said to look it up on www.DC.org  I did but there was nowhere to search for any lawyer or lawgroup on this website.
 
Mostly it was a bunch of jibberish.

At this point we chose not to trust the Surety Law Group.
