Surge Paranormal Group S.U.R.G.E. Paranormal Group Surge Paranormal Investigation Group Did not keep promises made and failed to deliver agreed services San Gabriel Valley California

Found a paranormal group to investigate paranormal activity occurring on my property. My property sets on a 2.5 acre property with a western town / studio on it. This is a full town with both interior and exterior sets and all elimates of a old western style town from a Saloon, Doctors Office, General Store, Jail, Gallows, Etc. It was used in films, commercials and TV shows. There has been to this day unexplained things occurring on the property, so I contacted a group to investigate and gets some answers with no intentions in turning this place into a haunted tourist location or get any positive attention about the place, I simply wanted answers and that is it and was explained to members of this group.

the group came out and informed me that they would provide me a copy of any evidence whether there was anything or not. They buttered us up with promoting there group as the best and the rest of the groups as being amateur and tv shows about paranormal as being fake and then explained that many of these supposed fake tv shows where using equipment that they invented, so I began to wonder if it's all fake then is the equipment they created as fake. The setup there equipment all over the property and then interviewed us and asked us what we experienced which isn't something that should be asked or told to prove if they find anything. They did give our family T-Shirts and proceeded with the investigation and asked our family to participate in the investigation. Me being the father stood in the background to set if they where legit about there investigation and even provide objects to use as trigger objects for help.

They investigate most of the night but left about 1amand wanted to leave there equipment setup for the rest of the night thru the next day. The wrapped up there investigation and removed there equipment and left. Informing me they would contact me within a week or two. I heard nothing so after a month I was told they haven't gone thru the footage, after three months of this back and forth game, they said they finally went thru the footage but didnt catch to much but there was a lot of noises and EVPs and want to come back up to see if there is anything or it my me possibly background noises. Again I heard nothing so I contacted them for a copy. Eventually they contacted me and told me they lost the footage, if something was capered a professional group would have made copies immediately after investigation and have a master and a copy. 

They then proceed to promise to return to do a reinvestigation and even provide me some funding for the time they waste and to make up for the first investigation. All future attemps to contact was ignored and never responded to, even though I have the leaders Sergio U. phone and email address. They also still have a website promising people free investigation with immediate turn around of evidence. I invited and allowed them onto my property for the purpose only for information. They made promises they did not keep and invited my privacy.

I never received a signed official release to use my place even though I my have said it on there video and that is not legal anyways and they supposedly lost the footage. I was very disappointed in there service and would never recommend them to any looking for answers. Do to the poor service I received I have locked the place up until now and now I am allowing other legit groups to do investigations but only after I investigate the group thoroughly before allowing them on the property because all I want is answers.
