I have had such a terrible experience with this company. I left host gator for this less expensive company, and was hoping for a good result. Their billing system is soooooo horrible. They never bill on time and then they try to back charge you. When you could never pay the invoice because they would never be in your account. Then they cut your sites off with no notice, for THEIR mistakes. The websites are constantly down! They say 99.9% uptime. TRUST ME PEOPLE THEY ARE LYING!!! Stick with the higher paying more trusting company. I am going back to hostgator and suggest anyone that hosts with surpasshosting changes while they have the chance,and if you dont host with them Please dont start! You have been warned by a paying hosting customer.
