I mail diabetic test strips and lancets using their online form, calculator, and prepaid mailing label. They sent me a check in the agreed upon amount ($211), along with a new shipping box and forms for future transactions. The check returned from my bank unpaid due to insufficient funds (and I was charged the standard $12 penalty by the bank).

I never had a problem in the past with them .but i sent 2 boxes in and never got my 98$ could someone help me please? Surplus Diabetic Supplies, LLC I sold my One Touch Ultra Test Strips to them. They sent me a check in the mail for 158 dollars but when I deposited the check I received a notice of insufficient funds. I have tried to call them and they have not returned my call. My bank charged me $12 for their bad check and I was never paid my $158 for the test strips. Don’t use this company. Chicago Illinois
