Surplus Alert charged my account $29.95 without my authorization. I do not know how they got my credit card number. They refuse to refund me the money.

They are using ebay fraudulantly in their advertising.

Beware, they are on the scam fraud alert. They refuse to refund my money.

I believe they also bill unsuspecting customers every month!

Complete false advertising.

Surplus Alert isn't a SCAM

AUTHOR: Ashley - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, February 09, 2006

Hello

First I want to say that Surplus alert isnt a SCAM and you must have not fully read about them. I been a member for 2 years if not more. When you first sign up for the website they let you know you will be doing a trial for 2 weeks. They do get your credit card information when you set up your account under My Account tabs (they have Edit Billing Info) but do not charge until the 2 week period is up and they notify u via email letting you know its about to be over with (2 week trial). If you wanted to cancel you call the 1800 number or send them an email. I spoke to them many of times so they do respond to calls. Also, you can choose which membership you like. Either the $19.95 or $29.95/month. You select that when you are in Store Owner area. I have the $19.95/month and Im truly satisfied. The products are excellent and my customers are always happy with it. The prices are even better. So I suggest doing research before signing up for things and than turn around slandering their name. Get the inside scoop of things. You may have misunderstood somethings or feel you were misled. DO RESEARCH AND READ THE FINE PRINT. DONT JUST JUMP INTO THINGS.

Here is my store if there is any misbelief: http://mscrazygyrl.surplusalert.com
