I tried contacting them about some surveys I did in 2009 that under payment status says pending and after contacting them 3 times in the last year about why I have not got paid yet I just stopped getting survey invites and I emailed them asking why and they sent this.

"Dear James,

Thank you for the email and I do appreciate your concern.

These measures have been taken to maintain the quality of the data that we provide to our clients. As the client has found a lot of 'Invalids' in yoursurveys, so your account has been suspended till further notice. Also, all the cash outs that are pending will be approved given your account does not violate any of the terms and conditions of the company.

My account didn't violate any" terms and conditions" and yet they supended it claiming "invalids"
Funny how nothing was Invalid till I complained about them not paying me, they are a bunch of crooks do not waste your time with these people.

I still got it in my sent folder and it wasn't until after I filed this report and sent you another email informing you that I filed this rip off report that your company did something about this.

 I would have responded sooner but your rebuttal was so late I forgot about this.

Dear James,

I do apologize for your 3 unanswered emails it is not our intention to ignore any emails from our members. We did have some issues with our contact us form and for a period of time and we didnt receive any emails. We have since then found the problem and fixed it.

Surveys can take up to 6 weeks for them to clear out and be marked as earned. There is definitely something wrong if you have a pending survey from 2009 and we will look into the issue and fix it immediately. All you have to do is send us an email.

I see that your account was restored on the 23rd of December. Our Customer Service representative reviewed your account and turned it back on. The invalid check is a new procedure that we have implemented in order to keep up the quality of our panel. A survey can be marked as invalid due to many reasons, some of the most common being providing inconsistent answers or not taking enough time to provide truthful and thoughtful answers.

I would like to clarify that we did not invalidate any survey because you complained. The invalid check was places in November of 2010. We do not punish our members in any way on the other hand we want to come to a satisfactory resolution. I have made myself widely available in many forums answering questions, clearing up any miscommunication.
