SURVEYTEAM.COM Started with SurveyTeam Feb2008; Got to my goal by end of month EXcept they held out on one report. Repeated emails saying "everything is auto can't help". PALATINE, Illinois

I have 9 emails plus 7 emails from the Book club where the problem stemmed from originally. The book club has notified them and I have been but the situation after three months still goes unresolved. All I got for the first 5 emails was "everything is auto can't help". The last survey they claim not sent in was really one of the first that I did and just could not understand why they held it as pending. As of now I have already completed the required three months with the book club and I plan to try and call Survey tomorrow and let them know about my report to Ripoff. Hoping I can write you again tell you I have my credit.

The phone number which I obtained got me in contact with a man named Bob and he was very pleasant on the phone and did in fact follow through with his promise to look into the matter. Within 24hrs. the company finally recognized my last survey they had been ignoring so I could receive promised money. Well that was a month ago and actually what they did was put my account into a "Requested" field NOT in the PAID field where it belongs. So this matter continues to be dragged out. I will never sign up to do Surveys again its more work and you do end up spending your money. If I had been paid promptly I might feel different but having to wait 5/6 mos is not worth the effort.
