I bought one item online from this company. They have since repeatedly charged $27 to my card monthly for the past 3 months. I did not authorize this or sign up for anything.

I have communicated it to my bank, but have not been able to reach the Survival Frog company's customer service. Their voicemail greeting suggests there is an option to leave them a voicemail, but it didn't actually allow for one. Unfortunately, I think the only solution is going to be to cancel my credit card to prevent future charges.

I am so sorry that you were charged for a membership that you did not want. We do give our customers a trial to our membership when they order certain items from us and if the trial is not canceled after the 14 day period the membership does charge your account. We do inform our customers of any membership trials on their account when they make the purchase but I do apologize that you were charged unknowingly. It also sounds like you might have had two memberships with us since you were being charged over $19.95 each month. If you could reach out to me at support@survivallife.com using the subject ATTN Brittany I would like to try to make up for this happening by refunding you for the membership fees.
