I had a few dealings with some client’s in Ireland. The negative information posted is false and malicious. I had no dealings with any one in my personal capacity. It was contracts between a corporate entity operated by me and two clients. The first client ordered and received software by way of a contract prepared by the client’s lawyer Mason Hayes and Curran a large law firm in Dublin Ireland c/o Mark Adair Senior associate for and on behalf the client Medi Pro life. A successful delivery/handoff of the developed software was concluded and all warranty periods were honoured. The clients made full and final payments in the knowledge of their lawyers. The second client in Ireland introduced to me to the 1st client who ordered a hospitality software. The second client “Available Table” abandoned the project due to lack of funding and brought a frivolous action again the company operated by Sushan in Canada. The court file number is SC15001078280000 Ontario Small Claims Court Richmond hill Ontario. This action was settled by my company at the request of Available Table in Ireland because any Judgment my company obtained would be impossible to collect. My company wrote off in excess of USD thirty thousand. This is malicious action and conniving action by the complainant to harm my reputation. The  complainant filed this complaint from USA and not Ireland and neither me or my company had any thing to do with any one in Arizona nor with the complainant. I am surprised that this portal allows any one to post any review with out verification of facts. I urge the reader to ask the complainant or this portal to produce evidence of accusations levied against me. Any one reading this is welcome to contact me for evidence to support my position.
