04-24-09 we purchased a car, and added an extended service contract at the dealer, to the financing. we recieved signed copys of the service contract and finance contract showing we paid 2106.00 for this coverage. 15 months later now the car had a trans failure and the warranty company says the contact was not paid for or submitted by the dealer, so there is no coverage, and the dealer has been telling me they are faxing a copy of the check proving they paid for it for 3 weeks now according to them, of course nothing ever showed up at the warranty company. when I showed up at the dealer to express directly to someone our disatisfaction, the dealer advised me to wait just one more day and call back, they will find the check copy. so i did and the general manager doesn't have the guts to tell me so he puts the receptionist on the phone, to relay a mesage that they cant find a copy of a check to get the warranty company to vaildate mt contract and theres nothing else they can do for me. These people working there are thieves, and liars, not to mention that the level of customer service is deplorable the receptionist puts you on hold and then dumps you into a general mailbox after the first ringback.... im soo angry because the economy has hit me hard too.... i cant afford to fix the car, i can't afford a lawyer to go after them, i can barley affoprd gas to drive there and demand answers in my work truck......
