SVP Worldwide Pfaff USA problems with repairing my machine. it has been being repaired for 5 months. I want a new machine replacement, money returned to me or my machine in like new condition at no more cost Internet/LaVergne, Tennessee

Pfaff has stalled the repair and return of my machine I have been without it for 5 months. They are slow to resolve the problem and do not give proper guide to the sewing machine mechanic. The costumer service repair techs have no training and do not give proper advice on repairing the issue with the sewing machine in question. I want my sewing machine back. This machine is barely 3 years old!
