I decided I would use swapalease when I needed to unload my 2013 Mercedes-Benz C300. I paid $200 and my car has not recieved 1 hit. Craigslist has sent me at least 50 hits and I sent credit applications to about 10 people and craigslist is free.

I was told that I can't have refund and that "I can't list my car for months and get my money back because it's not selling"

I am very upset. I'm out $200 and they don't want to help me.

The Biz Lease, Scott Haley, Bizlease Inc He registered as a buyer in swapalease.com, where I offered my car. He guaranteed the payments and stated all in written his company would allocate the car to a business investor. He sent her partner, a filipino woman to my house to pick up the car. He never did the payments and now the police is looking for the car. It was a scam, please beware. Newport Beach California
