Swapselltrade - Joe Richey Wholesale Beware of Swapselltrade absurd fees ripoff CORNELIUS Oregon

I started buying from Joe Richey in Oct. '06. My 1st experience was O.K. it took about 3 weeks to get my merchandise. I ordered in December and the response was quicker. I order the Platinum package just before SWAPSELL was close and WholesalerWholesaler was opened.

I also tried to dropship to a different address. The immediately contacted me to let me know they couldn't ship to a different address because of the verification thing. I used the "live contact" and inquired about my membership and was told it wasn't any good because they closed swapsell. The gave me an address to return for credit. I never got around to it and 2 months later emailed them. Joe answered me the same day and set me up with the new company.

Their customer service keeps getting better. I placed an order on Tuesday this week, it shipped on Friday and I was emailed a tracking number. Albeit to an email address other than the one I used to place the order, but it was the one I used for my initial order.

By the way, all products have been as advertised. I've been putting them in my gift shop. I've been averaging over 500% profit as opposed to the usual 50% profit for retail.

Joe, sounds like your small business had some initial customer service issue that a rapidly improving. I've order 5 times and with a little patience I've been make $$$.

Sometimes good things take time. Order with confidence and be patient.

Folks real wholesale come from companies that actually buy huge amounts and stock it every year and what ever didn't sell goes to the liquidation companies. Now, I'm not saying buy from liquidation companies because middle men and crooks also exploit those networks.



It all comes down to research.



True distributors and I'm talking over 90% of the time will not ask for a membership fee. Why? because all they want is to move inventory in their warehouse, therefore no membership fees. They will ask for a resellers tax ID number over 90% of the time. When they don't ask for a tax ID yet they want a member's fee up front most likely it is a SCAM or FRAUD.



Most of these distributors have been in business for 10-50 years and I never had to pay anything to join since all they want is for you to resell. If you have good credit they will even extend a 30-60 day credit line so you can sell, than have them dropship and 30-60 days later they bill you for it. These distributors 90% of the time will display an actual number for quantity available of a certain product in the warehouse. For instance, you buy one of 90 they may have in stock than go back to their website and look at the same product and you will see 89 instead of 90. Why? It's real live inventory and these are the distributors you want to get involve with.



Why don't I sell? I do sell products but my main business has been selling hosting/domain and web developing. I also would like to help folks get their own hosting/domain for the lowest price around along with the direct sources information so you can actually profit from selling. You can build your own website with all these different distributors at your fingertips and choose your own products to sell.



You can sell on Ebay like I did for a long time. I no longer do since I opened another Ebay & PayPal account with my wife's name which got both accounts suspended. I tried to re-instate but since they have incompetent customer service I never did get a chance to raise my case or some one there to respond to my many emails.



I've made money from all my ventures but now I will be concentrating on selling a shopping cart software. The software is so simple to use that if you can fill out an application than you can build a professional ecommerce website in no time. I'm also going to be web designing turnkey websites with hosting/domain along with the name of the source so you can go direct instead of having a middle man to deal with.



Also I do not agreed with Overstock advertising their website to sellers and buyers by email. To me the whole Overstock thing is a conflict of interest and I believe all they are doing is raising advertising money for their Overstock website and not the auction part of it.



Don't let these suppliers wanna be take you on a merry go round and equip yourself with the real suppliers/distributors.

If you use our service properly and buy some stock you can win the wholesale game but your not going to make it on one piece orders with us. In fact I dont want these type of orders for dropshipping. Sorry we dont dropship to alternative addresses and we wont route to different address Credit card companies and paypal both require a direct shipment to confirmed billing address prevents fraud. As for cost sorry our fees are firm and if you find it cheaper then god bless you never said we were cheapest in town or offer a price match

$27.50 minimum to ship an order is excessive compared to most any wholesalers. $15 minimum shipping? $12.50 handling charge? The 17% discount only covers a small portion of the excessive fees. I did enter the customers address in the ship to. You need to either ship a separate one to the correct address or call UPS and reroute the package. Do not recharge my card for a separate shipment.
