I placed an order with the online seller.  She promised to ship the same day.  I have had to send 3 messages and she refuses to reply with a shipping date, tracking number or a refund.  She has had NUMEROUS complaints against her.  

Right now I have no product and I am unable to contact her and my money is just gone.
