Beware of false sweepstakes letters like this. Always befoe you send out any money for a report research various documents to make sure you don't get ripoff. I have been a victim twice over something like this and my daughter in law told me to check it out first, that she gets letters like this all the time and researched to only find out that it is not true.

Also if you have won any money especially an amount of $12,000,000,000,00 surely they would not require you to pay a dime to search to see if you are the winner. This is a SCAM!
