I have not recieved a order confirmation nor shipping information. Upon attempting to contact them via both of their numbers to call ive waited on hold for a combined total of 40 minutes, 20minutes on each, with ultimately no response. its been 10 days and im still waiting to hear back with them via email, but am very skeptical. i paid about 100 bucks and am worried that i might have to initaite a refund, ill give this issue about another week and keep everyone informed on the progress.
