Miserable Move due to the combination of First Call Movers & Swift Movers. The Swift moving company was 5 hours late and did not even pick up their phone nor made a phone call to us to let us know. They charged us double than our estimate (we had 2 more boxes than estimated) How does that equate to 1000? Miserable rude people. I do not want this to happen to anyone else! Please do not ever use this moving company!!!

This is First Call Movers - we have successfully resolved this complaint against our company to the customer's satisfaction and he promised to retract his complaint against us. We trust that he will live up to his promise. We gave the matter our immediate attention. Unfortunately, he posted his complaint before making us aware of the problem he experienced.
