Your pictures look like our pool did last year.

We bought a 12' x 18' oval Paragon pool in 2011. Last year 2014 we notice two tiny pinhole that were spouting water. We sealed them. We also notice some rust around the outer walls of the pool. When we contacted the company they also said that it would cost us about $800 to replace the walls. We didn't think that this was fair. So we let it go. Now this year we are opening the pool. To our very disturbed surprise, we found that there is rust particles all around the bottom of the pool in the liner. As we inspected we found that all the top rails of the pool have corroded and rusted and fell into the pool. There are rust stains all around the pool on the outer walls.

We purchased all new rails and plates. Needless to say some of the rails are not painted and plain galvanted steal. But we started replacing them. As we were doing this we decided to look under the liner at the inside walls. OMG. The whole wall was coated with rust. The liner was coated with rust. We were besides ourselves and disgusted.

Before this pool we had a 12' round for 18 years and never had a problem other than replacing the liner once.

This is just not acceptable and we intend to do everything we can to let people know what they will get when purchasing a pool from Swim 'n Play Inc.
