I purchased a Rolex daytona from these people on 10/10/07. They advertise the watch will make it to you in about 7 day's. It did not. What they don't tell you is the watch is shipped directly from China to you, so they can't be held accountable by the US Customs as importers of illegal items. Replica importing is illegal here. When the package arrives from China the envelope reads in english "Time piece Value $18.00". This in itself is mail fraud. By not declaring the real value $ 650.00, they don't pay the proper assessed importation tax... I have started an investigation with US Customs now. Anyway the watch finally made it here, not on time,with no instructions or extras I ordered. The big thing is it didn't work. Looks beautiful but no function at all. I then called and emailed , I guess about 20 times over the next 2 weeks. I have gotten nowhere with this. All I get is bulls**t, and double talk. They ask me "what do you want to do" I say replace the watch, wait a week and still nothing. I call again, they apologize tell me my email didn't work.... All crap. Finally I just ask for a credit to my Visa, and an address to send this back to. Nothing. I now know why they are doing this. They won't give an address so they can't be tracked by the goverment. Please don't do business with these people you will be sorry!
