I signed for a RISK- FREE trial of the amazing Acai berry tummy loss and it is all a bunch of lies .  I lost no weight or inches as was advertised. I received multiple phone calls advising i needed to purchase more than 1 month .  I asked about the risk free and was advised they would send me more i declined and 22 days later received another bottle of Acai Ultimate at a cost of $89.95 i immediately called and was advised i will receive a refund in the amount of $70.12 i asked why i was being charged for something.  that i did not authorize.she then told me   that i will be removed from list.   that does not erase the error i did not give permission for any charges   this was hyped as a great thing by a tv reporter.

i was not made aware of the fraudulent company or any such policies to charge any more than the initiaal 3.95 for the trial product this is obviously a company that needs to be immediately stopped.   all doors and monies stopped.  a rep called me and told me i was receiving a free $100 gas card which did not find its way here but a new bottle of acai ultimum did.  i will let all know if i do receive 70 dollars back but i am doubting this will happen.   i also believe there should be a stop to advertising something that by any eans that simply is to scam consumers of hard pressed cash.  i suchered into this i hope there r some out there that will not.   as they say it is too good to be true cameras do work wonders and they use and abuse us. buyer beware

ALWAYS a SCAM...List

Free trial
Free offer
Risk free
Free gas card
Free anything
100% money back guaranty
Anything to do with Acai berry
Anything to do with diet, "cleansing" or health online

The OP learned this the hard way and now has to hope and pray for a refund..and that the account will not be charged for who knows what who knows when..so anyone reading this.. be aware as well.

Also, I notice the report says this was hyped by a TV reporter. Did you actually see this on TV? I bet it was online. It is NOT a TV reporter. It is a fake fraud deceptive ADVERTISEMENT that the scammers had made in order to lure in suckers. It just looks like a TV news report to give you a false sense of legitimacy. See the above list if in doubt.
