this company swoop is just another san francisco start-up who has no idea of the industry there in, they created an app called swoop towing and when you sign up they give you a dashboard, in that dashboard they allow you to choose the services you want to provide, but the problem is, they dont care what you choose, they will send you the jobs they want to send for the price they want to pay, and the service they want provided. not paying any attention to what you chose on your dashboard, they owe me backpay for several jobs i went to and customer canceled, but thats not my problem, i still get a goa fee, there app is the worst ever, it will not work half the time and the other half it has wrong information most of the time, i have come close to a nervous breakdown with this comany in san francisco, and finally i have cut ties with them.i emplore anyone who is looking to do roadside services don't deal with these wanna be's.
