I called to order a abslide but was getting a hard sale talk for there other products and told them to cancel my order. She said fine. 1 week later I get billed for the product. When I called to complain, they would not give me a name, phone number or even an address to write. I finally found out on my own it will probably take 60-90 days to get my money back form them.
