I Ordered a Formaldehyde test kit on 3/1/2015. Got the kit and returned sample a few days later. Contacted Sylvane and the Lab they are working with several times. Spoke to Sylvane customer service Reps (Sam & Cara) on 5/26 and 5/27 requesting a refund since there have been no test results 3 months after the sample was submitted. They indicated a supervior (Sam) needs to approve a refund. I left two message for Sam on those 5/27 and 5/28. No response from Sam. This operation looks like a Scam. I believe they are cheating customers out of their money through their Fraudulent activity.
