I purchased Trend Micro's virus protection that came with a rebate low and behold I got a postcard in the mail today saying it was missing the sales date and the wrong postmark. Not even close both are correct the fdate had to be postmarked by the end of December and the purchase date was written on the for and is on the receipt so they are full of crap. Trend micro has just lost a customer forever.
