For the past 3 years I've been ripped off on their rebate program. A few months after meeting the required criteria for rebates, I receive a post card back notifing me I have not met their criteria by having something missing. What can be missing when the sales slip, rebate coupon and the bar code containing the product information is submitted as required by them in the time stated. Somebody there has been pocketing my rebates. It is only that they have a good product I continue to buy from them, but after this 3rd year in a row I have my doubts.

Shame on them.

I have been ripped by your rebate people
for the past 3 years and have received stupid
post cards I don't qualify which is a lie.
Somebody pocketed my rebates and free turbotax
as well as the other rebates. Look in your art datesrecords of registration for proof of purchases and subscription start dates.
If it were not for a good product I would not
still purchase your products. I have been a loyal
customer for about 10 years. Don't let this customer relationship go down the tubes over
some light fingered employees.

I sent away just recently this year for the 20.00 rebate. I get a stupid postcard saying that I didn't put all the neccessary requirements in the enverlope, when I did.
