My PayPal account was billed for an unauthorized "virus software" renewal. Norton didn't provide any notice of their intent to do so. Fortunately PayPal sent me a notice.

This practice is a crimminal scam and should be ended. Norton also intentially makes it very difficult to contact them.

This is worse than the viruses that they claim to protect from. On top of all - I had to uninstall their sofware as it slowed my PC down and conflicted with other software. Bad News Company and nothing good to say about their product either.
