I have called to cancel this magazine on several occasions. They say they have no record of it, but they certainly do or how else can they keep sending notification that they are charging for another year of it.

All my attempts have been to no avail, and when I finally found a human to speak to, she claimed they had no record of the magazine, but we got another card yesterday. Help.

If they do not get any more money I doubt they will continue to send the publication.

If they are using an auto billing on your credit card, debit card, etc. close the involved account and open a new account- at another institution, if you must.
