We publish a magazine. Synapse Group, Inc. offers magazine subscriptions to the public, but then after a year, re-charges the customer's credit card originally used, but doesn't send the renewed subscription!

We get the complaints from the subscribers, and the Synapse Group, - aka freebizmag.com, aka magazineoutlet.com - makes it extremely difficult for the subscriber to be refunded.
