Was my understanding from their ad they would send one tape at a reasonable cost.

Subsequently have received several tapes and $86. has been removed from my bank account on several occasions.

I wish all funds be returned to my account. Will return all tapes and they should pay postage.

I have a time consuming illness and not able to address this issue earlier.

(I bought your book sometime ago--thanks for all you do.)
