Syndicated Solar A BIG MISTAKE! FALSE INFORMATION, EMPTY PROMISES AND LACK LUSTER CUSTOMER SERVICES! When getting solar PV panels, go with trusted names.  Do not go with Syndicated SolarJustin Pentelute and Walter Rumpf are what they say to be what so ever. My solar install consisted of terrible workmanship - causing leaks in the roof, panels not performing as promised, while at the same time awful customer service with Walter Rumpf.  There was no scaffolding erected for installation which led to several roof tiles being cracked which made my BATHROOM CEILING CAVE IN. We believed the sales consultant and assurances given by Syndicated Solar fast talking sales reps. We signed the contract and at the last minute on the day of the installation it was delayed which caused us some considerable schedule problems with Syndicated Solar. Justin Pentelute and that lousy Walter Rumpf who answered our calls and did nothing are a SCAM!! Do not do business or trust in Syndicated Solar and the owner Justin Pentelute.

Danny - I have been trying to locate you in our system but I have talked to three of our Colorado customers named Dan, Daniel or Danny and all of them are very happy and confirmed that they did not write this review. I have looked through our database and we only have two customers who we have worked with in Greenwood Village (Greenwood Village is also known as the Tech Center and has a lot of office buildings, not a lot of houses), I contacted them and they are all also very happy, one of them actually posted a review for us.

Additionally I don't know why the CEO and Marketing Manager are the individuals (repeatedly) called out in this report. Neither of us work directly with customers and if we do work with customers we do everything we can to remedy any situation. Neither Justin nor I had any recollection of the type of incident described below. I also talked with all of our sales representatives, project managers, customer care reps and installers and none of them had any recollection of a house with a tile roof or a house with a roof caving in or not setting up scaffolding.

Danny please reach out to us 888.410.3883 and you can ask for me Walter Rumpf specifically, we will do what is needed to make this right.

We have many happy customers and positive reviews which you can find here: http://www.solarreviews.com/installers/syndicated-solar/

***This is the second ripoff report that has been filed against my company and specifcally referenced me in the past month. Both reports seem to have generalized information and outlandish complaints that from my diligent research into our customer base I can not seem to find the customer and has lead me to believe that for some reason we have become a target of digital extortion. Almost immediately (less than 24 hours) upon these complaints being made we receive emails and phone calls to improve our companies online reputation.

Here are some of the emails that I now receive regularly, thanks to these reports.

Hi,    Syndicated Solar

Your company has a Ripoff Report in the first pages of Google search results and it might affect your online reputation. This is the link to that report:

 http://www.ripoffreport.com/r/syndicated-solar/denver-colorado-80111/syndicated-solar-syndicated-solar-is-a-rip-off-scam-filled-with-empty-promises-denver-c-1058638

People don’t ask for character references anymore, they ask Google. And what Google shows people — accurate or not — is your reputation.

Bad search results can be a real problem.

Unfavorable search results influence how recruiters, insurance companies, loan officers, potential clients and business partners, and even romantic interests view you.

Why reputation matters

Misleading, inaccurate or negative links in your search results adversely affect the impression you make when people ‘Google’ you and can materially impact you or your business.

How we can help

Our reputation web-services help you look your best when others search for you by promoting accurate information and burying misleading materials.

We make it so people will only see good links about you when they search your name. We have an easy sign-up process and accept credit cards online.

Any business can afford our service starting from only $149 per month...

Don’t let the internet scare off your customers! How many positive links do you have in first pages of Google? We can improve your image!

Is your online reputation worth $149 Per Month?

It is very frustrating to see that RipOff Report is not better screened or maintained, this opens up the door for unethical business practices over the internet. The CEO Justin and myself carry ourselves with integrity, honesty and sincerity. It is frustrating to see that we are now a target of these online attacks likely because our names are the first that comes up when you google the company
